What protocols do you support?
We support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. Both username/password authentication and IP whitelisting are available. SOCKS5 works great with scrapers and anti-detect browsers.
Residential proxy vs datacenter proxy — what's the difference?
Residential proxies use real ISP-assigned IPs from genuine devices, making them far less likely to be detected or blocked. Datacenter proxies come from cloud servers and are cheaper but easier to flag. For scraping, social media, and anti-association we recommend rotating residential IPs.
How does IP rotation work?
Our proxy rotates your exit IP automatically with every request (or on an interval you choose). Each request appears to come from a different residential IP in a different location, which is the preferred method for anti-detection and managing multiple accounts.
SOCKS5 vs HTTP proxy — which should I use?
Use SOCKS5 when you need TCP traffic, UDP, or to work with anti-detect browsers, fingerprint browsers, and social media matrices. Use HTTP/HTTPS proxies for standard web scraping and API requests. We support both — pick whichever your tool requires.
